"As Told By Stitches" by Jordan Fell
Costume design for the stage is integral to bringing life to a script and the characters therein. Costumes portray character lives, hardships, roles, and personalities; they invoke both judgments and connections in audience members based on societal assumptions about the beings who wear them. Theater provides insight to our perceptions and a new lens through which to view life and human interaction around us.
This exhibit includes pieces researched, devised and constructed by Jordan Fell, class of 2015. View this diverse collection of characters all with variant backgrounds and stories, as told by stitches.
Exhibit Dates: April 21 - May 2
